The data you provide through the contact form or booking link is used solely to respond to your inquiry and arrange a consultation. The legal basis for processing this data is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and my legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
I retain contact form submissions for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter in case of follow-up. If no business relationship develops, data is deleted within 12 months. You can request deletion at any time.
Tally (tally.so) — the contact form on this website is powered by Tally. When you submit the form, your data is processed by Tally in accordance with their Privacy Policy (tally.so/privacy).
Notion Calendar — the discovery call booking is handled via Notion's calendar tool. Your data is processed by Notion in accordance with their Privacy Policy (notion.so/privacy).

Service provider: The newsletter is sent via MailerLite (MailerLite Limited), which stores and processes subscriber data in EU data centres. MailerLite is ISO 27001 certified and a data processing agreement is in place under their standard Data Processing Addendum.
Data collected:
Legal basis: Your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, given through a double opt-in process. You confirm your subscription by clicking the confirmation link sent to your email address. This creates a verifiable record of consent.
Withdrawal of consent: You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter. You can also request removal by emailing hello@everyzing.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Retention: Subscriber data is retained for as long as you remain subscribed. After unsubscribing, I retain a minimal record (email address, consent timestamp, and unsubscribe date) for up to 2 years as proof of consent, after which it is deleted.
Your rights: As a subscriber, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can exercise these rights by using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter or by contacting me at hello@everyzing.com.
