Trusted by teams & founders globally
I started in international development — coordinating reconstruction after natural disasters, managing complex projects across aid agencies globally. Nothing stayed predictable. Everything moved fast.
Then data analytics. Different field, same underlying question: how do you make information accessible? How do you design workflows that support the work instead of fighting against it?
In 2024 I started Everyzing. Everything I build now pulls from those experiences — the project management, the operations, the change management, the technical design. I'm a Notion Certified Consulting Partner and Ambassador, working with teams globally.
The name everyzing comes from the idea of bringing everything together — structured, accessible, and easy to use. The "Z" is a nod to flow and efficiency, inspired by the zigzagging paths we take to connect ideas and simplify how we work.
It also reflects my own way of thinking: creative yet structured. And yes — it links perfectly to my family name, Lazer.
I ask the right questions before I touch a single database. Understanding how your team actually works is the real work.
The best system is the one your team actually uses. I design for real people, not ideal ones.
I build with you, not for you. Your team understands the system because they helped shape it.
Complexity is easy. Clarity is hard. Every decision I make is about reducing friction, not adding features.
"I believe the right system doesn't just save time — it changes how teams think."
— Hannes Franz Lazer
That's what I'm building toward with every project — not just a cleaner workspace, but a team that thinks more clearly because their tools make sense.
I say what I mean and build what works.
The best systems come from understanding how people actually think and work.
Every workspace is a puzzle. I always ask why before I ask how.
Tools, workflows, and teams should all point in the same direction.
